Roy was one in a million.  He was a gentleman with a heart of gold and a special warmth who lit up the room with his smiling face and his chuckles. He was always ready to help others  whether family, friends or those he did not know whatever the situation. He was dedicated to the charities he supported volunteering for the Poppy appeal and Wings Appeal most years even when his health was deteriorating. He was taken away so suddenly. This loving supportive Husband, Father, Granddad and Great Granddad who will be so missed by us all.
